- Advance booking is mandatory.
- Outside food & Liquor is strictly not allowed.

- Entry is not allowed in the water-fun-pool without swimming costumes. (Swimming costumes are available at resort. Deposit amount of Rs. 100 is applicable per costume. This amount will be refunded on returning back the costume)
- Room service & laundry not available
- Please Check the availability in advance. Spot Entries will not be accepted in case the resort is fully occupied.
- Please carry your Identity proof at the time of check in. (Only if booked cottages)
- For couples, please carry marriage certificate or matching last name Identity proofs. (Only if booked cottages)
